We believe that well balanced people are the building blocks of a prospering company.
The 30 minutes You programs are intended to support or build an organizational culture where the person-focused approach can be unfolded. The courses typically take 3 to 6 sessions that are being delivered either individually or in small groups with each session lasting only 30 minutes conveniently at the office environment.

The Social minutes program utilizes a special rotation method and board game elements to build and expand personal networks within the company creating a „live Facebook” experience. We believe that it helps employees to become more affiliated with their colleagues and the company.

The Stress-free minutes program is a relaxation session based on the methodology of the principle of passive concentration in autogenic training. It helps reduce stress, boosts energy level and produces “feel-good” chemicals in the brain, among other benefits.

Soul minutes
The Selfie minutes program helps increase professional self-awareness and self-reflection through facilitated, group workshops using the toolkit of cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology. Within an inclusive environment team members make constructive feedback to one another, share and discuss best practices supporting the individuals’ personal growth by improving self-esteem regarding their careers.
